Why I Get 405 HTTP Error on My WordPress Website?
Well, there are multiple reason responsible for getting this type of error code on your web browser. The main reason you get HTTP 405 error is your SSL certificate.

When Does The HTTP 405 Error Occur?
This is completely a server side problem that you can fix modifying the permissions or contact your hosting provider. In this case of WordPress, you can easily fix this as WordPress has some default permissions to make changes on the server as well.

In my case, I get quick solution just changing the site URL from http:// to https://. If your problem still remains, you can enable http methods on your server. Most of the time this solves the problem and you will not get the 405 error again.
The second way to fix 405 HTTP error, you need to check your website codes & clean them properly. Also, you have to fix the mixed content issues to avoid 405 error.
